Power Cleans

Work to a heavy power clean for the day for 15-20 Minutes.

Then EMTOM for 5 Minutes:

2 Power cleans @ 75-85% of today’s heavy power clean.

200M Run

10 Pull-ups

10 Deadlifts

10 Power Cleans

2 Rope climbs

RX-55/85

L1-35/45, jumping pull-ups, modified rope climbs

L2-Light dumbbells/ring rows and modified climbs
