Push Press

15 Minutes: Work to a heavy push press for the day

Then

Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes:

3 Push press @ 70-80% of today’s heavy push press

10 pistols-5 Right/5 Left

(sub lateral box step ups with a light dumbbell held on the working side-Make sure the knee doesn’t drive past the toe-line when stepping up!)
