This is a modified HERO wod called “The Juicy” IF a sled is available…USE IT! If not, modify with the programmed workout. Work hard!

“The Juicy” Hero WOD is dedicated to Kevin Houston, who died on August 6, 2011 serving during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He was 35 years old, from West Hyannisport, MA, Assigned to an East Coast-based SEAL team. He died in Wardak province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in which he was riding was shot down.

We first found this version of this Hero WOD posted by CrossFit New England’s as part of their 2015 24-Hour Team SEAL Challenge.
