In teams of 2:
50 Ft sled push relay
Each person on the team must push the sled 50 ft.
Weight=1/2 body weight of the athlete pushing the sled
Calculate the weight prior and plan accordingly for a smooth transition between teammates!
20 Burpee penalty for 2nd place. 🙂
2 Rounds for Time:
20 Calorie Row or Bike
Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
Scale weight and movements as needed!
