10 Minute Team Sled Push (10 minutes: Max Distance)

In teams of 2:

10 Minutes of max distance sled push

Weight=50% of athlete body weight

Each person must push the sled and work should be split as evenly as possible.

Any weight removed in order to meet the 50% of athlete body weight requirement must be carried alongside the athlete pushing the sled by his/her teammates

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

15 Minute EMOTM:

1-150M Sprint

2-50 Ft bear crawl with dumbbells

3-10 Double DB deadlifts + 5 Double DB hang power cleans
