One person is running 250 m

other will be performing

5 reps of Bar MU – RX / C to B – L2 / Banded PU – L1

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Athletes will rotate once Runner gets back. Athletes will keep track of there individual rds then add up at the end.
