Pigeon, Spiderman, Chest, Hamstrings, Shoulders
The CrossFit Football Total (Total Weight)
Power Clean (1 Rep Max)
Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Bench Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
Athletes will have entire class to complete each movement.
12 minutes per movement to build up.
Rest and perform movement specific Mobility between sets.
Beginners will perform 5 rep sub max focused on technique for BS,BP, DL
Practice Power Clean
