EMOTM for 8 minutes:

2 Front squats from the rack @70-80% of 1RM
BC – Back Squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 minute AMRAP

2 Rope climbs or 4 seated to standing rope climbs

5 Pull-ups or jumping negative pull-ups or ring rows

10 HSPUs or seated strict press with DB

15 Toe to Bar or Candlesticks

Cool Down
