  • VO2 max Testing for Cardiovascular Respiratory endurance, Calories burned and Target HR Zones
  • One on One Foundation sessions breaking down the Fundamentals of CrossFit Movements
  • First Month of Level 1 classes included for your Beginner month
  • No individual assessments
  • 2 – 3 x a week in large group
