10 Air Squats

1 mile Run

100 DB Bent-over Rows

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats

1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and air squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Substitute 500 Jumping Jack for the run, if needed.
If you need to scale the volume to better match what you have been doing over the last 4-6 weeks, consider doing 1/2 Murph or 1/4 Murph
