When I started working with Joseph I had struggled with back pain, my physician said my options to relieve the pain were surgery, cortisone shots, or to strengthen my back through exercise and diet. I began training with Joseph he tailored an exercise program for me which strengthened the muscles around the weak area of my spine resulting in having pain free movement. Each time I train with Joseph he has different exercises; I have never had the same workout session. He created a calendar for me for training homework and has texted me different exercises to do when I am traveling. In recent months he has been improving my form at running and I am able to run further and without knee pain.
