I began working with Joseph over 3 years ago and have been 100% satisfied with the personal training he provides. When I began working with Joseph, my goal was to improve my overall health with diet and exercise. While working to get to my goal weight, I’ve learned that the goal was to change my lifestyle and make better choices to enjoy better health, strength and energy. I have a bad knee and Joseph has worked with me to get it stronger. I feel comfortable running now, and am stronger now that I have been in several years. Part of my improvement has been a nutritional plan that Joseph tailored for me, which breaks down how much food I need and how often I need to eat while training to lose weight while not sacrificing the muscle I have gained. Joseph’s personal training encompasses a lifestyle change, and dedicating time to work with him has been an investment that has paid for itself many times over.
