20 sec hollow holds

bench press (5×8)

5×8 (as heavy as possible with good form)

Bear Complex

EMOTM for 8 Minutes:

1 Bear Complex at 70-80% 1 RM push press

Accessory Work

kipping swings (5x as many as possible)

*use remaining time to practice your kipping swings and learn how to come to a stop using your core.
