5 box step overs

10 single unders

Strength

front squats (5×8)

5×8 *as heavy as possible with good form

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

round 1 (as many kettle bell swings in 1 minute as possible)

*rest 1 minute

round 2 (as many air squats as possible in 1 minute)

*rest 1 minute

round 3 (as many pull ups as possible in 1 minute)

*rest 1 minute

round 4 (as many single unders as possible in 1 minute)
