Each person will get a partner and complete the following. Reps may be broken up between each other however the athletes wish.
*** All athletes will use separate equipment and maintain a safe distance from each other***
Split between partners complete:
100 ab mats
80 wall balls 14/20
80 kettle bell swings 25/45
60 dead lifts 125/155
(both partners CANNOT be working at the same time)
