Warm-up (No Measure)

warm up for front squats

2 rounds:

10 empty barbell front squats

10/leg swings (side to side and front to back)


front squats

3×3 *as heavy as possible with good form

then, go up in weight for:

2×2 *as heavy as possible with good form


front foot elevated split squats (5×8-10/leg)

get a 45lb plate (for everyone), a barbell, and get into a lunge position with the front foot on the plate. hold the barbell in the front rack position and perform a lunge but in place.

*may add weight if form is good

Cool Down

superman holds (4x:30)

get into superman position and hold
