*find a challenging weight and stay there for all 5 sets

Weightlifting

dumbbell tricep extension (5×8)

5×8/arm *try to stay at same weight all 5 sets.

*1 arm at a time

Db snatch tabata:

as many db snatches as possible

(for 4 min, :30 sec on, :30 rest)

goblet squat tabata:

as many goblet squats as possible
