v up holds (5×3 movents)

for :20-:30 sec hold v ups in different positions

round 1: legs 2 inches off ground

round 2: legs 6 inches off ground

round 3: legs as high as possible

*rest 30 sec in btwn, repeat cycle 5x

Skill

50m sprints (8x50m)

have fun and race each other!

to have even more fun with it, use the last few sets as elimination rounds and let people break into pairs and race each other in 2s.
