5 push ups

10 leg swings/ side to side&front to back

Strength

front rack walking lunges (5×8/leg)

hold barbell in front rack position and perform walking lunge.

weighted if possible

Strength

db curls (5×10/arm)

3 sec tempo down

*superset with lunges

Skill

pull ups (8x)

use the rest of class to work on kipping or strict pull ups
