wall walks with pause (6×3)

perform a wall walk and hold the top position for 3 seconds of each rep

10 deadlifts (125/155)

5 cleans (125/155)

10 wall facing wall ball sit ups (14/20)

*sit facing wall and throw wall ball at wall as you sit up. catch it and go back down into a sit up
