pause sumo dead lifts (5×3 as heavy as possible with good form)

pause at the knee for 3 seconds, then continue up.

Weightlifting

push press (5×3)

*as heavy as possible with good form

*NO DOUBLE BENDING KNEES

Strength

bend over BB rows (underhand grip) (5×8)

*as heavy as possible with good form
