5 inch worms

10 sit ups

Strength

pull up negatives (5×3)

stand on box and jump up to the top of a pull up position. slowly lower body down (3 seconds) until arms are straight.

Strength

pause front squats (5×2)

pause in the bottom for 5 seconds!

*5 REAL seconds
