400m run

2 rounds:

10 walking lunges w/ rotation

5 push ups

Strength

db front foot elevated split squats (5×8/leg)

front foot goes on a 45lb plate. hold dbs in each hand.

(superset w/ ring rows)

Strength

tempo ring rows (5×8)

up quick, then a 4 second tempo to the bottom.

Gymnastics

hollow holds (6x :30sec)
