pull up negitives (5×3)

stand on a box and jump up to get to top position, then lower yourself 4 sec down to bottom position.

Weightlifting

heavy db shoulder shrugs (5×12)

hold a dumbbell in each hand and shrug shoulders twards your ears. slow and controlled.
