10 ring rows

10 (very light) change plate over head press

Strength

over head squats (5×3)

pause in the bottom 2 sec

Strength

front squats (5×5)

heavy as possible with good form

Strength

db walking over head holds (5x:30sec)

hold 2 dumbells over head and walk around slow and controlled
