10 empty bb good mornings

Weightlifting

deadlifts (5×3)

pause above knee for 3 sec

Strength

lying rope climbs to standing position (5×4)

use arms to pull your body up. maintain a tight core and straight back, no arching. make sure to lower yourself back down as well.
