5 inch worms
pull up negatives (5×4)
3 sec to the bottom
front squat+back squat (5×3+3 @75% of front squat)
3 front squats(rack the weight), then immediately into 3 back squats.
weighted sit ups (accumulate 100 reps)
weighted, with plate over head. must keep arms straight.
