10 (very light) db rows

5 (very light) lateral raises

2 wall walks

Strength

db bench press (5×12)

lay on floor and perform bench press with dbs

Strength

db triceps extension (5×12)

use 1 dumbbell, start by holding db behind head with arms bent and then straighten them

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

complete as a circuit:

12 dips on box

12 db reverse lunges

12 db curls

12 goblet squats

5 rounds
