10 lateral raises (super light)

10 air squats

8 ohs w/ pvc

Strength

single arm db overhead squat (5×5/side)

hold db overhead, hold other hand out to balance. carefully descend into overhead squat with an upright torso.

Strength

seated (on floor) barbell strict press (5×4)

use rig, lower j cups to help with unracking

20 db snatches(10/arm)(35/45)
