At CrossFit Rectify, we utilize CrossFit as our primary training method, and focus our athletes on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The workout provided is always varied and the results are dramatic!
Our program is designed to be scalable. Making it ideal for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit uses the same routines for elderly individuals, kids, and even professional athletes. We just scale load and intensity for each individual based on age, experience, and goals.
Our exercise programming gives new members the ability to get started right way! CrossFit Beginner workouts (Level 1 wods) provide you with a great fitness program.. Main components in these workouts are cardio, body weight, and some standard lifting exercises. We introduce and breakdown CrossFit key foundational movements for new members safely at their pace during classes. Beginners get a great workout, build endurance/strength, and progress quickly with personal goals.
Rx and Intermediate workouts provide you with a great program structured to help improve your overall fitness level. We provide scaled versions of exercises so all level athletes can perform. A good grasp on all the Foundation movements is a must. Athletes are able to learn and progress very quickly with our programming. We build upon your ability to do constantly varied, high intensity, functional exercise!
Every Sunday we provide a great way for our athletes to recover and improve flexibility with our 1 hour yoga class.
Meet One on One with Anthony, Physical Therapist by day and CrossFit Coach by night. Any lingering injuries or flexibility concerns you have he can address to keep your fitness goals on track.
Nutrition is 70% of your results! Sit down one on one with a Coach to discuss your Nutrition goals.
We provide all members with a small group sessions to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit. Foundation classes are held on Saturdays twice a month.
