At CrossFit Rectify, we utilize CrossFit as our primary training method, and focus our athletes on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The workout provided is always varied and the results are dramatic!
Our program is designed to be scalable. Making it ideal for any committed individual regardless of experience. CrossFit uses the same routines for elderly individuals, kids, and even professional athletes. We just scale load and intensity for each individual based on age, experience, and goals.
Our Level 1 Beginner workouts provide you with a great fitness program while you still learn the CrossFit foundation movements or just want a great workout. Our mission at CrossFit Rectify is quality! We want to give our undivided attention to each athlete for success. Level 1 workouts are challenging but scaled so beginner athletes can develop great mechanics, build endurance/strength to progress into our Level 2 workouts . Any weaknesses you might have will be addressed here to get a better foundation for your fitness goals.
Level 2 is our intermediate workouts to provide you with a great program structured to help improve your overall fitness level. At this Level most our athletes have a good grasp on all the Foundation movements. Our focus now is to challenge and build upon your ability to do constantly varied, high intensity, functional exercise. . This is the next step into our RX workouts!
Every Sunday we provide a great way for our athletes to recover and improve flexibility with our 1 hour yoga class.
Meet One on One with Anthony, Physical Therapist by day and CrossFit Coach by night. Any lingering injuries or flexibility concerns you have he can address to keep your fitness goals on track.
Nutrition is 70% of your results! Sit down one on one with a Coach to discuss your Nutrition goals.
We provide beginners with a small group one month series to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit. Foundation classes are Monday and Wednesdays at 7:15 pm. Includes access to Friday 6 pm, Saturday 10 am, and Sunday 10 am Yoga during your month (Next one Starts July 8th)
